How to get rid of Exclude From StyleCop menu

If you install Stylecop 4.7.46.0 you’ll notice an irritating new context menu on files which allows you to exclude them from StyleCop. There is no option to remove it, however you can use Visual Studio to customize the context menu and remove it. The menu you are after is Project and Solution Context Menus | Item

If you need to exclude  files, take a look at the File Lists option.
